HOW TO INVEST IN OPEN-END FUND?

  • All foreign/domestic institutional and individual investors can invest in the fund
  • Investors need to open a trading account at the Distribution Agent to buy the fund certificate for the first time/li>
  • The minimum transaction value: VND 1mil
  • Trading Day: the fund certificate is traded once a week on Thursday [T Day]
  • Closing Time: 10:30 am on the last working day prior to the Trading Day [Day (T-1)]. As such, investors should place an order with Distribution agent before 10:30am on Wednesday for the Trading Day of the week.

For investor who buy fund certificate for the first time

    1. Individual investors
    Documents to be prepared: You only need to carry your ID


2. Institutional investors
Document to be prepared:
  • Certified copy of Business license and company charter
  • Certified copy of ID card of authorized person
  • Document appointing the authorized person
  • Certified copy of Company’s resolution on investment in the fund certificates
  • List of individual holding direct 5% or more of Charter capital of the company.

Guidance for depositing money to the account of the Fund at the Custodian bank to buy fund certificates

    1. Subscribed amount
    Issuing fee (after IPO):
  • 1% of the total subscribed value if total subscribed value is from 1,000,000 VND to 100,000,000 VND.
  • 0.75% of the total subscribed value if total subscribed value is from above 100,000,000 VND to 500,000,000 VND.
  • 0.5% of the total subscribed value if total subscribed value is from above 500,000,000 VND to 5,000,000,000 VND.
  • 0.25% of the total subscribed value if total subscribed value is above 5,000,000,000 VND.
  • Minimum subscribed value: 1,000,000 VND.
  • The number of subscribed fund certificate is calculated as follows:
  • Number of subscribed fund certificate = [Total subscribed value * (1 – Issuing fee)] / (NAV per one fund unit).
  • The number of subscribed fund certificates may be in two digits after decimal point.
  • 2. Methods of depositing money to buy fund certificates
  • Transfer money.
  • Deposit money at the Monitoring Bank or through intermediate banks.

For investors to buy the Fund Certificate for the next time

Step 1: Fill in "Open-ended Fund Subscription Order" . This form is available at the Distribution agents.
Step 2: Transfer funds to the Fund's account at the Custodian Bank.


For investors want to sell the Fund Certificate

Just fill in "Open-ended Fund Redemption Order" provided at Distribution agents.
