- Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate

- Document inducting an authorized person
- Certified copy of the Company’s resolution on investment in fund certificates
- List of individuals who own 5% or more of charter capital of the company investing in funds

Notes:
- For the application file for opening an account of Institutional Investors, it must be signed and fully stamped by the Legal Representative or authorized person of the organization.
- For foreign investors: before registering for transactions, you need to open an “foreign indirect investment capital” account (FII). When opening an account, a foreign investor registers an FII accounts as the account that receives payments from fund certificate trading activities and provides documents confirming the FII account has been opened at Commercial bank for Distribution agents.
