Phạm Minh Hương

Chairwoman

Ms. Pham Minh Huong has nearly 30 years working in the banking and finance sector. Previously holding the position of Director of Capital and Finance at Citibank N.A, she was one of the first members to contribute to the development of the Bank’s operations. She also contributed greatly to building the foundation and development of Saigon Securities Joint Stock Company (SSI), from a brokerage company with a capital of 20 billion VND to become one of the leading financial institutions in Vietnam. She is currently holding the positions of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of VNDIRECT Securities Joint Stock Company and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Post – telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI). Under her leadership, VNDIRECT has become the securities company with the most prestigious personal customer service in Vietnam. She is also a visionary leader and a pioneer in bringing new products to market. She had a great influence on the securities community and her personal reputation has helped her always be a highly reputable leader in the financial market. Ms. Pham Minh Huong has held the position of President of IPAAM since March 5, 2024.

Ms. Nga has more than 13 years of experience in finance and investment.

Before joining IPAAM, she held the position of investment analyst at BIDV Securities Company, financial manager at British Petroleum Group, in charge of investment promotion at the Foreign Investment Department, MPI, Head of Research Department. Research and Analysis at PVFC Capital Fund Management Company, Director of fund mobilization and business development at PVFC Capital. She successfully mobilized and managed 2 investment funds from Japanese investors.

Ms. Nga holds a Master degree in Financial Economics from the University of Bristol, UK and a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
